Moreno, who has been placed on leave as the operations manager of the Friends of the Upland Animal Shelter, in West Valley Superior Court in Rancho Cucamonga Sept. 26 to misdemeanor child molesting. He also denies felony charges of lewd acts upon a child, contact with a minor for sexual offense and going to meet with a minor for a lewd purpose, according to court documents.
