Because the plastic casing for the Pet Door Bell is rather thin, it is better recommended for pets with a lower weight, or who are able to learn how to it the push button with their paw or nose. The single chime and volume level may not offer enough customization options for individuals looking forward to a designer pet doorbell, however families who need an affordable, reliable, and easy to install pet door bell will enjoy the features and simplicity of the Pet Door Bell. If you are a dog or cat owner who is tired of replacing scratched door paint and listening to your pet whine at the door, the Pet Door Bell by Pet 2 Ring is highly recommended.

The pet door bell comes in a plastic exterior casing, and is powered by 12 volt alkaline batteries for an entirely wireless operation. The push button and receiver are both entirely waterproof, allowing you to place either component indoors and outdoors as needed. Furthermore, the operating range guarantees a distance of up to 100 feet from the button to the receiver. Although there is only one chime programmed into the device, and the volume is set to a single noise level, pet owners will enjoy the improvement the Pet Doorbell brings to their (and their pet’s) quality of life. The only design downfall that potential customers should consider is that the plastic used for the push button’s exterior casing is somewhat flimsy, and will not support the weight of a large, full grown dog. To avoid breakage, be sure to teach your pet to push the button with either their paw or nose. Pet Chime training How I trained my Golden doodle dog to use a doggie doorbell to go outside.
